Having never utilized a coach I was unsure what outcomes to expect from my experience with Julie but I am so glad I made the commitment! My situation was a bit different from many others that seek business/career coaching as I was shifting from a high level position in a chaotic and grueling startup work environment to not knowing what was next. Shortly after I began working with Julie I decided to take a year off to travel and be more present with my family. Taking a day off, let alone a year, was a completely foreign concept to me and something I was struggling with. Julie was able to provide me with some very valuable personal/life coaching that enabled me to embrace downtime and the amazing opportunity I had in front of me.
