Organizations benefit from gender diversity in leadership, but many people continue to face a variety of challenges on their path to executive roles and responsibilities. The Women's Leadership Online Certificate program provides resources, mentorship and a dynamic forum where participants can develop clarity, competence and community to support their leadership goals. Expert facilitators, like Julie, lead small, focused cohorts through the program to enable deeper learning and to build strong professional networks through small group settings. Key topics include leadership vision, executive communication skills, emotional intelligence and building organizational culture for diversity and inclusion.
Medley is the leadership coaching platform that equips emerging leaders to grow their impact — through the power of meaningful connections. Medley is comprised of experts in small group coaching that empowers emerging leaders to be more authentic, dynamic, and inclusive to grow their impact. Julie is one of the certified coaches on the Medley team that delivers high impact through coaching and facilitation to Medley groups.
Chief is a private network built to drive more women into positions of power and keep them there. Chief is the only organization specifically designed for senior women leaders to strengthen their leadership journey, cross-pollinate ideas across industries, and affect change from the top-down. Core supports members to navigate and accelerate their journeys as leaders in hyper-curated peer groups, facilitated by an executive coach. Guides bring facilitation and executive coaching skills and expertise to enhance the Core experience. Julie served as a Core Guide for Chief for several years, facilitating many Core groups in their leadership development journeys.
ICF Philadelphia has been in existence since the late 1990’s and is a charter chapter of ICF Global. It has a broad reach that encompasses the greater Philadelphia region, all of Delaware and parts of New Jersey. ICF Philadelphia is committed to building, supporting and preserving the integrity of the coaching profession. We aspire to create community, provide quality education and deepen learning in the coaching profession. ICF Philadelphia strives to develop a community in the coaching profession. Our goals are to share expertise, provide powerful networking opportunities and stay current with the latest developments in the coaching world. Julie served on the Board of ICFP from 2020 to 2024. In addition, for the past several years, she has co-led the Coaches’ Corner at the Pennsylvania Conference for Women. The Coaches Corner provides conference attendees with the opportunity to experience leadership coaching delivered by highly trained and certified coaches who are members of the ICF Philadelphia chapter.
